Neighbourhood Housing Assistance (NHA)

Residential Tax Abatement

Home Adaptations for Seniors' Independence (HASI)
Financial assistance for minor home adaptations that will help low-income seniors to perform daily activities in their home independently and safely.

Home Buyers' Plan (HBP)
This program allows eligible taxpayers to withdraw funds from their registered retirement savings plan (RRSP) to purchase or build a first home.

Shelter Enhancement Program (SEP)
